“Electric Riot deliver an irresistible symphonic disco, bathed in melodies, laced with percussion and saturated in a relentless energy that makes them one of the most unique sounds around.”
They’ve earned an Apple licensing deal, were selected Finalists in the Dance/Electronic Section of the Diesel-U-Music Awards and were recipients of Exposure Music’s Best Live Act Award. Their brand of live dance music, coupled with quality songwriting has taken the band all over London and England, plus two tours of Italy, the last of which saw the band play several performances in front of over 3,000 people, as they supported Planet Funk.
In the Summer of 2014 the band will release their first album “Young Love Will Never Die”.
They aim to release the album in two parts, the first in August and the second at the end of the Summer. Ambitious, definitive and bold, the Electric Riot have carved and crafted a sound that encapsulates the spirit of their live show.

Back on it...Italia'14!
La Rhythm Section from Tropicalia Senegallia!
In 2012 we were back in Italia, back on the beaches, but more importantly we sweet talked an italian band - Planet Funk, in letting us support them at their gig in Cassino.
On Saturday 11th August, we made the trip from Ancona to Cassino and arrived to a stage the size of the Pyramid at Glastonbury. We said hello to the Tour Manager, sound checked and then proceeded to wait. There were 50 people at the barriers when we were called to the side of the stage and when we looked up after the first track, there was 2,000 people!
Planet Funk then asked us to return to support them at a larger venue in Trescore, Bergamo...fantastico!
Estoban Maldini...Audio Pimp and Escort Boy!
In 2011 Manny we met Emanuelle Giovagnoli outside the Ritz Cinema in Brixton. He had a number of gigs booked in Italia for that Summer and the band he was booking had decided to pull out. We wanted an adventure and Manny needed a band. 2 months later we flew to Bologna and the rest as they say "is history."
We played 10 gigs in 11 days, including Genova, Ancona, Gianfranco's Pool Party and Pineta Beach on Ferragosta.
Manny was christened "The Big Fuck!" at 5am one drunken morning and we've both been trying to lose each other ever since!
In 2011 the band agreed to go to Italy with a man they'd only met once. In search of an adventure, the crew of 7 flew to Bologna and proceeded to play 10 gigs in 12 days...somehow they miraculously survived and along the way, engineered the time of their lives!
